Here at Hawkeye, we use the Bold Gemini monitoring platform, an innovative software solution developed in the UK by Bold Communications.
The core of the Gemini solution is processing data, video and audio to achieve a level of automation and functionality not generally available in other monitoring control rooms. This allows us to provide a unique level of monitoring protection to our customers. The platform is constantly being updated in line with new user requirements and technology, and is deployed to monitor a range of telecare systems as well as intruder, fire and CCTV.
We work closely with Bold to ensure we can deliver an effective service to our clients.
